How do I return something to World Champion Sporting Goods?

At World Champion Sporting Goods, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.  If you have a product that needs to be returned, we will accept it for return within the first 30 days after your purchase according to the following conditions: 

When returning items:

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you will be responsible for the returned item shipping costs.  *** Refunds will be made for the full original purchase price of the item only.  We cannot refund the shipping costs from your original purchase.

2. Any items returned to us for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging. 

3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise, unless the product is defective within the first 30 days after your original purchase date.  If you have a product that is defective after your 30 days expires, please contact the manufacturer of that product directly for help resolving your issue. 

4.  If you have received a defective item from us, please immediately return the item to us with a copy of your invoice.  Please also inform us how you would like us to resolve your situation:  provide a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so that we have the opportunity to replace the damaged merchandise.  We will work with the shipping company to obtain a refund for the additional shipping costs.
